This is the place where you can personalize your profile!
But, how?
By moving, adding and personalizing widgets.
You can drag and drop to rearrange.
You can edit widgets to customize them.
The left side has widgets you can add!
Some widgets you can only access when you get a premium membership.
Some widgets have options that are only available when you get a premium membership.
We've split the page into zones!
Certain widgets can only be added to certain zones.
"Why," you ask? Because we want profile pages to have freedom of customization, but also to have some consistency. This way, when anyone visits a deviant, they know they can always find the art in the top left, and personal info in the top right.
Don't forget, restraints can bring out the creativity in you!
Now go forth and astound us all with your devious profiles!
hey thx so much for the fav.. i actuallly haven't been on DA for A LONG TIme...
the work i have there are all very old and amatuer..
in any case, here are some tips.
1) never zoom in your pic
2) never ever put your ISO too high... otherwise it gets too grainy...
3) set your aperture low, but not the lowest
4) use your imaginations.... imagine you are the skater, and how would you like people to see how good you are or wtever
5) dun try too hard (one thing i've learned) good shots will come naturally...
6) if you have a digi camera... just practise with it... take different kinds of shot, play around with your settings, because digi is less forgiving than film..
7) if you are taking action shots like biking, skating or wtever... the timing is so vital... and you can't screw up... so make sure you take the shot when the person is at the highest point of his/her jump. (this come with experience and practise and getting used to your camera)
Here's my two-cent for now.
I wish I could post some of my newer shots... maybe when I have time soon. my portfolio now sux.... good luck buddy!
